"We were doing some home renovations and junk was getting out of control.

In the past we had used a different company and liked the convenience instead of a bin but did not want to get hit with another $230+ pick-up fee. After doing some search on Kijiji, I emailed Junk Out and arranged a pick-up date through email. They responded very quick and answered a few of my questions. Before the date I arranged based on my availability, I received an email from Junk Out reminding me which I needed... especially with 100 things on the go.

They arrived within 5 minutes of the specified time; very punctual crew. Before they arrived I managed to get all my stuff to the curb, which helped a lot; they were in and out within 15 minutes and cost was about 1/5th the price I had paid from the other comapny, or about 1/15th the price of paying for a stationary bin.

What made this a five star review and not just a four star was you get to deal with polite, well mannered business owners who are running a legitimate business. We are still doing renovations and we have already decided we will be a repeat customer! Truly a pleasure, and rare in today's landscape."
